  Possible causes:

  1. Low voltage or unstable;

  2. Power supply or related circuit virtual connection;

  3. Display circuit damage.

  Solution:

  1. Re-power on;

  2. Test and test internal power supply;

  4. Other internal faults in the host.

  Solution:

  1. Temporary connect a good sensor to judge the fault point;

  2. Further detect the load signal of the sensor and the connection or the host by 1;

  Fault performance seven: the display does not return to zero after clearing, display-ff or not clear

  Possible causes:

  1. The offset exceeds the zero point and tracking range, the preload is overrun;

  2. The line interruption or connection is wrong;

  Treatment method:

  1. Adjust the level of mechanical parts, especially the reed;

  2. Adjust the reference potentiometer;

  3. Test the line for fault;

  Fault performance eight: system repeatability is not good, bag weight instability

  Possible reasons:

  1. Mechanical repeatability is not good;

  Fault performance nine: calibration, setting or reference potentiometer imbalance

  Possible reasons:

  1. The relevant connection is interrupted;

  2. The three-terminal regulator is faulty;

  3. The preload is overrun;

  4. The voltage regulator, potentiometer, etc are damaged.

  Treatment:

  1. Adjust the mechanical parts, especially the reed level;

  2. Check the line condition;

  3. Detect the power supply and voltage regulator.
