1. Unreasonable proportion of length of each warehouse

The unreasonable proportion will cause the imbalance of coarse grinding and fine grinding ability, and the product will be too fine or too fine, which will affect the output of ball mill.

2. The grain size of the grinding material is large

4. Water content of grinding material is too large

When the material water content is large, the abrasive body and lining plate will be adhesion, forming a "cushion", at the same time will block the grate plate, causing "full wear".However, the lower the water content, the better, and should be kept within a certain range.

5. Unreasonable gradation of grinding body

In order to meet the requirements of impact and grinding of materials with different particle size, increase the impact and grinding opportunity of the grinding body on materials, and improve the grinding efficiency, the grinding body must be graded reasonably.Its range is in 25%~35% commonly, with 28%~32% majority.

6. Influence of temperature of grinding materials

7. Influence of the frangibility of materials

The grainability of materials refers to the degree of difficulty for materials to be grinded. The smaller the value, the better the material is grinded, and vice versa.Cement factory used to use the relative coefficient of grinding, to express the degree of difficulty of grinding materials.

8. Influence of grinding AIDS

We can add grinding aid to the ball mill without damaging the product performance.Most commonly used grinding AIDS are organic materials with strong surface activity. In the process of material grinding, they can adsorb on the surface of materials, accelerate the crack propagation in material grinding, reduce the mutual bond between fine powders, improve grinding efficiency, and contribute to energy saving and high yield of ball mill.According to the national standard, grinding AIDS are allowed to be added in the process of cement production, but the content shall not exceed 1%.

9. Influence of grinding process

The same size ball mill, closed flow than open flow 15 ~ 20% higher output;In the closed circuit operation, the selection of appropriate powder selection efficiency and cycle load rate is an important factor to improve the output of the mill.

10. Fineness requirements of grinding materials

The finer the fineness of the grinding material, the lower the output, on the contrary, the higher the output.
