When the pulverized coal falls to a certain degree, the combustion is intense and shooting occurs.The prevention method is to increase ignition temperature, reduce coal consumption and shorten ignition time.There is too much pulverized coal in the kiln before ignition.The method of prevention is to minimize or avoid hot air ventilation in the kiln before ignition to reduce the subsidence of coal powder. If hot air is needed, exhaust fan can be opened and the low speed rotary kiln can discharge the coal powder to the outside of the kiln.

5. High temperature of supporting wheel bearing

6. Ring formation of rotary kiln

The knot ring is divided into front knot ring and clinker ring.The front knot is at the end of the kiln firing zone, while the clinker ring is at the end of the kiln firing zone and the exothermal reaction zone.When the clinker enters the cooling zone, the high-temperature clinker with liquid phase is covered on the lower end kiln skin, which will bond quickly and become thicker, forming the front knot ring.However, the clinker ring is formed by the excessive amount of liquid in the temperature range during the calcination of clinker.When the circle position is far away from the feeding mouth, the exhaust air can be closed and the feeding amount cannot be reduced. As long as the coal jet pipe is pulled out, it can be burned.When the kiln skin grows long and thick or has mild ringed root, the coal spraying pipe is pulled out to move the combustion belt, reduce the temperature of the ringed part, change the coal ash settling position, and cause the thick and long kiln skin to gradually collapse.
