  We will strengthen environmental oversight of large industrial solid wastes and prevent and control environmental risks in their storage and disposal.

  We will continue to revise the pollution control standards for municipal solid waste incineration and landfill sites, and strengthen environmental supervision of municipal solid waste.

  Strictly review the disposal of waste electronic and electrical products, improve the relevant management system.

  We will promote the formulation of a comprehensive plan to tackle "white pollution".

  The second is to promote chemical risk assessment and risk control.
