LVSSN O-sepa powder separator function

     New type O-SEPA separator is a high efficient powder separator that is developed on the basis of traditional O-SEPA powder separator and by using the most advanced technology in the international market. Compared with common O-SEPA separator, the improved O-SEPA separator increases the separation areas of the powder separator, so that the separation ratio of the materials in the actual condition is higher and the powder separation effect is better.


Working Principle of O-SEPA High Efficiency Separator:


        The ground materials are fed in from the upper part of the separator, and after fully scattering by the scattering plate and the dash plate, the materials will go into the separation area. The first air and the secondary air introduced by the tangential pipe also go into the separation area through the turning vane. Influenced by the cage-type rotor and the horizontal separation plate, the separating air flow will form horizontal eddy to separate the materials. The fine powders go into the bag-type dust collector from the upper outlet to become the final products and the coarse powders will fall to the lower cone during the falling process. The materials that finally fall into the cone will be separated by the third air, and the separated fine powders will be brought by the air flow to the upper outlet, and the rest coarse particles will be discharged from the bottom outlet as returning powders and be returned to the grinding mill for re-grinding.

        This type of powder separator increase the air amount for three times, thus improving the separation efficiency to over 80%, and the separated products are more even and more reasonable in particle distribution, and at the same time, the energy produced by the rotation of the air flow is transmitted to the rotor, thus reducing the electricity consumption of the drive device and avoid the energy consumption of slipstream.
Installation requirements:
        O-SEPA separator can be installed on a solid, flat reinforced concrete foundation or supported by a steel platform. O-SEPA separator after installation should be vibration-free.
When the O-SEPA separator is installed on site, attention should be paid to the verticality of the subject, especially to ensure the verticality of the internal rotor, the verticality of the spindle can be corrected by the level instrument on the spindle belt disc (< 2/1000).
        There should be no leakage of air and oil at the joint of each seal. Flanges must be sealed with asbestos rope and butter during installation.
        The fixed position of the fan should be reasonably selected according to the workplace, and the connecting duct should not be too long to avoid affecting the wind pressure.


Operation, maintenance and overhaul:

1.Operation

(1) Trial operation: After the powder separator is installed, the lubrication point should be added with appropriate amount of lubricating oil, and then the test run should be carried out for 4-8 hours to check whether the oil supply condition of each bearing is good, whether the bearing temperature is normal, whether the rotor part runs smoothly, whether there is vibration and noise. Only after the commissioning is considered to be fully qualified can it be formally put into production.
(2) Start-up sequence: finished product conveyor - separator fan - separator spindle motor - bucket hoist - dust removal device fan - box crusher. The shutdown sequence is the opposite.
(3) Feeding: Feeding is allowed only when the selected pulverizer reaches the normal speed and the fan air volume reaches the normal level. Stop feeding before stopping the motor.

2.maintenance

        In order to ensure long-term safe operation of flour separator, special attention should be paid to routine maintenance and regular maintenance of flour separator. The manufacturer should formulate operation rules and maintenance system suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise.
        In the daily operation process, it is necessary to ensure that the lubrication points are fully lubricated, and the internal bearings of the powder separator and the bearings of the fan should be regularly added with lubricating oil. In daily maintenance, attention should be paid to the balance of the separator rotor. If abnormal vibration is found, the reason must be checked immediately and the fault can be cleared before continuing operation.
