  1. Particle size of grinding materials.

  High temperature of grinding material and impact friction of grinding body will lead to excessive internal temperature of grinding, sticky ball phenomenon, reduce grinding efficiency and affect mill output.

  Meanwhile, the long - term safe operation of the mill is affected by thermal expansion.

  Therefore, the grinding material temperature must be strictly controlled.

  5, grinding material fineness requirements.

  The finer the fineness of the grinding material, the lower the yield, on the contrary, the higher the yield.

  6. Grinding process flow.

  With the same specification of ball mill, the output of closed flow is 15 ~ 20% higher than open flow;

  In closed circuit operation, the selection of appropriate powder efficiency and cycle load rate is an important factor to improve the mill yield.

  7. Influence of grinding AIDS.

  Some grinding AIDS will affect the grinding effect, because most commonly used grinding AIDS are organic substances with strong surface activity. During the grinding process of materials, they can be adsorbed on the surface of materials, accelerate the crack growth in the crushing of materials, reduce the mutual bond between fine powders, improve the grinding efficiency, and contribute to the energy saving and high production of ball mills.

  National standards: in the cement production process is allowed to add grinding AIDS, but the amount of addition shall not exceed 1%.

  Seven ways to increase production

  1. Use cement grinding aid

  Adding a small amount of cement grinding aid in grinding process can improve grinding efficiency, which is beneficial to high quality, energy saving and high yield of ball mill.

  Since the use of cement grinding aid in an enterprise, the output increase of the ball mill is more than 10%, the electricity consumption per unit output can be reduced by 10%, and the mixing material content can be increased by 5%.

  2. Control moisture and temperature of grinding materials

  The water content of mixed materials into the mill should be strictly controlled and carefully examined, and the temperature of mixed materials should be strictly controlled within the range of technological requirements.

  In order to ensure the stable output of the mill, the comprehensive moisture content of the grinding materials should be less than 1%.

  3. Control the grinding ability of grinding materials

  In order to ensure the grindability of grinding materials, the first is to produce the clinker with good grindability as far as possible, and the second is to choose the mixture with good activity and good grindability.

  4. Control the ventilation inside the mill

  To ensure a positive cycle of ventilation within the mill, all ventilation ducts should be cleaned regularly under normal production conditions.

  The dust collector will be cleaned once a week.

  In order to ensure the stable increase of mill output and quality, the efficiency of selecting powder should be adjusted properly.

  Practice has proved that the wind speed in open-flow grinding should be controlled at 1.0~1.2m/s and that in circular flow grinding at 0.8~1.0m/s. The empirical formula is Q=400G.

  Where, Q is the air volume of the ball mill (m ^ 3 /h), G is the output of the ball mill (t/h), and 400 is the empirical coefficient.

  5, timely adjustment of grinding body grading

  One is to increase the load of the ball segment appropriately when the equipment configuration allows.

  Second, the specification and quantity of grinding body supplement, mainly depending on the grinding body material, mill output and quality and running time;

  Third, according to the measured consumption of grinding body per ton of product, determine the number of supplementary grinding body;

  Fourth, according to the daily production of grinding mechanical and electrical flow changes, grinding sound level, mill output and quality changes to supplement the grinding body;

  Fifth, check the damage of grinding body in the warehouse regularly. When the steel ball is damaged, it should be cleaned and regraded.
