  1. Internal circulation vertical grinding final grinding process

  The process flow of the internal circulation cement vertical grinding final grinding systems is shown. The material from the cement batching station is fed into the inner circulation vertical mill through the hoist and the feeding belt through the air lock valve. The material moves from the center to the edge in the vertical mill as the grinding disc rotates, and is crushed by the grinding roller. The pulverized material is taken up by the high-speed airflow entering from the nozzle ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and the coarse particles fall back to the grinding disc and then ground; the finer particles are brought to the powder selecting area and passed through the classifier, the sorted coarse powder is returned to the grinding disc by the internal cone to be circulated and pulverized, and the qualified fine powder is taken out of the vertical mill and collected into a bag filter to be the finished cement product. Part of the hard-to-wear large-grain material cannot be taken up by the wind at the wind ring. After it is discharged through the slag discharge port, it enters the slag-type bucket hoist. After the bucket hoist, it enters the vertical mill again and grinds with the new feed material. The cement product from the dust collector is sent to the finished product warehouse through air conveying chutes, hoists and other equipment.
 

   1.2 External circulation vertical grinding final grinding process

  The process flow of the external circulation cement vertical grinding final grinding system is shown. The material from the cement batching station is fed into the vertical mill by the batching belt machine, and the material is moved from the center to the edge in the vertical mill as the grinding disc rotates, and is crushed by being squeezed by the grinding roller. The pulverized material is taken out of from the edge of the grinding disc and scraped out to the circulating hoist by the lower scraping scraper of the vertical mill. The circulating hoist sends the material to the v-type sorting machine set outside the grinding for preliminary sorting. After sorting, the coarse material enters the vertical mill powder again, and the fine powder is brought into the fine powder sorting machine with the wind, and is sorted again by the fine powder sorting machine. The coarse material is returned to the vertical mill to continue grinding, and the qualified cement finished product is collected by the bag filter and then slanted. The tank, hoist and other equipment are sent to the finished product store for storage. The powder of the selected powder is sent out by the system fan after being collected by the dust collector, and discharged into the atmosphere.

   1.3 Process flow comparison

  From the comparison of the above two vertical grinding final grinding systems, it can be seen that the internal circulation and the external circulation vertical grinding process are basically similar, the difference is that the internal circulation vertical grinding integrates the dynamic classifier into the equipment body, and the material is only partially the outer circulation, most of the material needs t be transported into the powder selection area by the airflow inside the vertical mill. The external circulation vertical mill places the powder selection system outside the vertical mill and divides it into two parts, rough selection. The materials are all mechanically transported into the powder selection system. In comparison, although the external circulation vertical grinding process is slightly complicated, the materials are all upgraded by mechanical lifting and energy saving.

  The external selection of the powder selection system also provides the possibility of refined and personalized design and operation of the system.

  Through the comparison of the process flow, operation and cement product performance of different types of cement vertical grinding final grinding system, the external circulation vertical grinding final grinding system is more than existing internal circulation vertical grinding final grinding system process. Slightly complicated, due to the low system resistance, the power consumption of the circulating fan is low, and the power consumption of the system product is much lower than that of the internal circulation vertical grinding system. In terms of cement performance, the standard consistency of the two systems is equivalent to the water consumption, and the particle distribution of the external circulation vertical mill is more reasonable, which is more advantageous for cement strength.
