  In operation, we should be used to increasing production and pressurizing, reducing production and reducing pressure. Especially in the process of reducing production, it is difficult for many operators to reduce the surplus tension pressure in order to control stability and operation. Or, in the process of normal production control, the tensioning pressure of the mill is kept a little surplus.

  In fact, this method can achieve the purpose of saving trouble to a certain extent, but after a period of time, it will be found that the material layer on the grinding disk is constantly thinning, followed by the increasing vibration of the mill, because the grinding pressure is greater than the amount of feeding.

  The material layer is thin, the vibration is large, the tension pressure is too high, these are undoubtedly the important factors that cause the grinding roll, the grinding disk too fast wear.

  5. Prevent the inside of the mill from entering the metal foreign body

  To prevent the inside of the mill from entering the metal foreign body, the effective method is to use every iron remover of the system.

  The general raw mill system is equipped with two iron separators:

  A raw material batching integrated into the mill above the belt machine, the function of removing metal foreign bodies brought from the raw materials.

  A belt conveyor that should be removed from the grinding machine after the feeding point of the external circulation hoist, or above the outer belt conveyor of the mill, plays the role of removing the metal falling from the mill, such as the scraping plate of the mill, the large bolt, and so on.

The occurrence of this situation is more terrible for roller and disc than for excessive wear and tear.

  6. use and balance of nitrogen pressure

  The nitrogen pressure must be determined according to the actual grinding pressure of 60% ≤ 70%. The main function of nitrogen airbag is energy storage and shock absorption. Therefore, the above proportional relationship must be followed when nitrogen pressure and grinding pressure are used.

  The vibration will occur when the grinding pressure is high and the nitrogen pressure is low.

  The nitrogen pressure is high, the grinding pressure is low, and the grinding roller can not overcome the rebound of the nitrogen and also generate vibration.

  Reasonable use can effectively inhibit this vibration and effectively prevent the wear of the grinding roller and grinding disc.

  In addition, the nitrogen pressure between each of the nitrogen air bags must be the same, otherwise, the power effect generated between the respective grinding rollers is different, and the breaking of the balance causes vibration and the probability of wear is increased.

  7. Prevent the plastic deformation caused by the fatigue operation of the grinding roller and the grinding disc.

  All systems and equipment that are in operation need to have a reasonable rest, otherwise, fatigue will be generated, resulting in an over-load operation resulting in an accident of the equipment.

  In production, regular inspection of the grinding system is carried out, leaving a certain amount of time for the mill to rest. Under the condition that the material temperature and drying ability can meet the requirements, reduce the grinding temperature as much as possible. Because the higher the temperature of the metal, the greater the probability of plastic deformation, so a roller running with great tension produces plastic deformation, and its wear is very fast.

  Objectively speaking, the wear of roller and disc is an invisible consumption, and in order to prevent its excessive wear and tear, it is necessary to pay attention to every detail in the usual operation, reflect and change the operation at all times, and manage the bad habits.
