  Material characteristics

  Material friction factor: directly reflects the amount of internal friction generated when grinding various materials. The material with small friction factor will be squeezed out of the groove due to the action of extrusion, which will inevitably lead to the material layer being too thin, which will easily lead to the direct contact between the grinding disc and the grinding roller, causing the equipment to vibrate and damage the internal equipment; if the friction factor is large The material will be crushed to form a cake, which is difficult to loosen and cause grinding difficulties.

  Grinding particle size of the material: The particle size of the material entering the grinding disc should match the grinding roller and the grinding disc. As the diameter of the grinding roller becomes larger, the peripheral linear velocity of the grinding roller also increases, so the frictional force generated also increases, so that the grinding roller is more easily engaged with the material, and the material to be ground is more easily crushed into a material. The layer, therefore, can appropriately increase the particle size of the material. However, when the particle size of the material is too large, the grinding roller will be subjected to a large impact, causing vibration caused by the imbalance of the three rollers; because the material particle size is too small, the material will enter the classifier along with the hot fan, and cannot be in the grinding disc.   Hot air temperature

However, the poor control of the air temperature will affect the grinding efficiency of the vertical mill to a certain extent. If the air temperature is too high, it can achieve a good drying effect and grinding effect, but it will cause the material layer to be too thin.   Grinding pressure

  01, feeding operation


  When the moisture content of the material is high, the temperature at the outlet should be appropriately increased to increase the internal pressure difference to the desired value. If there is insufficient feeding and there is less material return, the feeding should be increased to ensure the normal pressure difference within the grinding machine to avoid vibration. If the material layer is too thick, the feed amount should be reduced in time, and the discharge port should be smooth; on the contrary, the feed amount should be increased.

  02, grinding pressure control


  If the value of the grinding pressure feedback of the vertical mill is less than the set value, it proves that the accumulator pressure is too low and nitrogen must be replenished in time.

  03, temperature control


  If the temperature is too high, the mill power can be adjusted appropriately or the cold air valve can be directly opened.


  04, differential pressure control


  When the feeding amount is large and the grinding ability is insufficient, the internal pressure difference will increase, and the feeding amount should be appropriately reduced according to the power of the grinding machine. If the product is too fine, the internal circulation load will increase, and the pressure difference will increase to cause vibration. Therefore, the speed of the classifier should be appropriately reduced.
