With the depletion of natural sand resources and the tightening of environmental policies, the artificial mechanism of sand and stone becomes the main source of the resources. In order to make full use of the mine resources and to increase the profits of the enterprises, the cement enterprises are building the aggregate production line of sand and stone.

The sand aggregate production line is mainly composed of crushing system, screening system, sand making system (not producing sand but not producing sand), storage and transportation system and dust removal system.

Key points of unloading bin design

Second, the selection principle of crushing equipment


The crushing system is mainly composed of coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine shredding (shaping). The selection of equipment should be determined according to the material characteristics, product grain shape and market demand.

Typical crushing processes are as follows:

1. Single stage hammer crusher system


It is composed of hammer crusher and screening system.

Advantages: simple process, easy maintenance and management, less occupation of land, low project investment, low energy consumption per unit product.

Disadvantages:


A) the proportion of product varieties is not easy to adjust, the adaptability to ore is poor, and the scope of use is narrow;

b)Poor particle size, large amount of fine powder and low product yield;

c) The dust collection volume required by the crusher is large;

d) the wear member is high in consumption;

E) It is mainly used in the cement, aggregate and co-production line of the cement enterprise and the new production line of the ore.

2. Jaw crusher counterattack crusher system


The utility model is composed of a jaw crusher, a counterattack crusher and a screening system.

Advantages:


A) the system has many specifications, can be large-scale and can be used in a wide range of areas;

B) the proportion of product varieties is easy to adjust and is suitable for materials with medium wear index.

Disadvantages:


A) High energy consumption per unit product;

b) the adaptability of the high-abrasion index ore is poor, the grain shape of the product is moderate, and the obtaining rate of the coarse grain size aggregate is moderate;

c) The dust collection volume required by the crusher is large;

D) The wear of the wear part is higher than that of the cone.

3. Equal-type crusher + cone crusher system

is composed of a crusher, a cone crusher and a screening system,

Advantages:


A) the proportion of product varieties is easy to adjust;

B) materials suitable for high wear index;

C) the product has good grain shape, small fine powder and high yield of coarse aggregate.

D) the dust collection volume required by the crusher is small;

E) low energy consumption per unit product and low consumption of worn parts.

Disadvantages:


A) when the system capacity requirements are large, there is a need for three levels of crushing or more crushers, when the process is complex and the project investment is high;

B) its application range is relatively narrower than that of counterattack crusher.

4. unitary crusher + anti-impact crusher + vertical shaft crusher (sand making machine) system


It is composed of a crusher, a reverse-impact crusher, a vertical shaft crusher and a screening system, the flow of which is basically the same as that of the conventional crusher + anti-impact crusher system, but only increases the size of the vertical shaft crusher to the aggregate to meet the requirements of the high-quality aggregate customers.

The system not only has the advantages and disadvantages of jaw crusher counterattack crusher system, but also has the following characteristics:

Advantages: can provide multi-quality aggregate to meet the needs of different customers, vertical shaft crusher to produce more fine powder can take into account the production of machine-made sand;

Disadvantages: complex process, high project investment, high energy consumption per unit product.

5. Jaw crusher+cone crusher+cone crusher system.


The system is composed of jaw crusher, conical crusher and screening system. Its flow is basically the same as that of jaw crusher conical crusher, but the first stage conical crusher is added.

In addition to the excellent system of jaw crusher and cone crusher, the system also has some features:it can meet the requirement of large capacity;However, the process is complex and the project investment is high.

Third, buffer stack or buffer bin setting (before initial crushing)

The screening roller table shall be designed before the initial crushing of the aggregate production line, so that the fine materials and soil that do not need to be crushed can be screened, and then the soil and fine aggregate can be screened out through the vibrating screen, which can not only prevent the crushing of fine materials and increase the energy consumption and the powder, but also the soil can be removed to reduce the dust in the subsequent process, and the quality of the aggregate can be improved.

6. Buffer stack or buffer bin setting (between crushing)


The semi-finished product pile is designed between the primary crushing and medium and fine crushing of the aggregate production line. The functions of the semi-finished product pile are as follows:

1, the overall system capacity of aggregate production line can be balanced, in which the specification selection of fine crushing crusher does not need to consider the fluctuation coefficient of initial crushing crusher.

2. If the initial crushing workshop is overhauled, the downstream aggregate can be made into the workshop continuously.

3, in order to be safe, most mines can only be exploited in the day shift, then the downstream aggregate workshop can still be produced in two shifts to meet the market demand flexibly, and the downstream aggregate workshop can reduce the number of equipment by half or choose the equipment with small production capacity to match the upstream (because the semi-finished material pile can flexibly adjust the system capacity), which can reduce the system investment accordingly.
