(1) Factors of the tube mill itself


Type 1: The productivity of wet grinding is higher than that of dry grinding; the production capacity of rod grinding is higher than that of ball milling.

2 Diameter and length: The production capacity of large diameter grinding is high, and the grinding power consumption is low (since the ratio of the weight of the cylinder to the weight of the grinding body is small, the work required to overcome the friction is small); the length is too short, and the product fineness is difficult. To meet the requirements, the length is too long, the power consumption is increased, and more over-grinding phenomenon occurs. Cement industry tube mills have a length to diameter ratio of 3 to 6. The company uses a 4.2*14.5 meter dry sliding shoe.

3 Lining type and arrangement: When the lining has the ability to bring the grinding body, the grinding machine has high production capacity; when the grading lining is installed, the grinding body in the grinding is forwardly graded, which is beneficial to the improvement of production capacity; When the grooved lining is used, the steel ball can exert the impact grinding effect better, and the grinding machine has a higher production capacity.

4 compartment board and feeding and unloading device: the shape, width and effective sectional area of ​​the compartment board are reasonable, and the production capacity of the mill is high when it is adapted to the structure of the feeding and discharging device.

5 Rotating speed: The rotational speed of China's cement industry tube mill is about 76% of the critical speed. Properly increasing the speed can increase the production capacity, but the power consumption of the grinding will not drop significantly. If the rotation speed is too high, the vibration of the grinding body will be intensified, the wear of the grinding body and the lining plate will increase, and the operation rate will decrease, resulting in a decrease in the production capacity.

6 Ventilation: When the ventilation inside the mill is good and the wind speed is appropriate, the production capacity of the mill is high. The closed circuit is generally 0.3~0.7 m/s, and the open circuit is generally 0.5~1.2 m/s.

(2) Material factors


1 Hardness of the material: The harder the hardness, the worse the grindability and the lower the productivity of the mill.

2 Particle size: The larger the feed size, the longer the grinding time to the required fineness, the more power consumption, the lower the productivity of the mill.

3 Moisture: The total water content of the milled material should be around 1.0%. The water content is high, the steam in the mill can not be discharged, and the ball and the lining are easy to paste. The production capacity of the mill is reduced; when it is too high, the quilting will be blocked and cause “saturated grinding”, and even the mill can not operate.

4 Temperature: When the temperature of the material to be ground is high, the powdery materials are electrostatically adsorbed to each other to aggregate and agglomerate, and the production capacity of the tube mill is lowered; when it is too high, a "ball-balling phenomenon" occurs.

5 Product fineness: When the fineness of the product is too fine, the time from grinding to the fineness of the product is too long and the phenomenon of excessive grinding is intensified, and the production capacity of the mill is significantly reduced.

(3) Abrasive body factors


1 When the grinding body has a large specific gravity, the surface is smooth and non-adhesive, does not break, and does not deform, the grinding machine has a high production capacity.

2 Spherical and long cylindrical grinding bodies have higher productivity than cubic, disc, conical and other abrasive bodies.

3 Filling rate: When the filling rate is within a reasonable range, and the amount of the grinding body to be loaded can be effectively worked, the filling rate is high and the productivity is large. When the polishing body filling rate of each of the bins is distributed in a decreasing manner, it is advantageous for the improvement of the yield. If it is distributed in an incremental manner, it is advantageous for the improvement of fineness.

4 Grinding body grading: When the grading (including average ball diameter, maximum spherical diameter, minimum spherical diameter, and steel ball series) is reasonable, the output of the mill is obviously higher. When the ball is cleared in a reasonable system, the high production time of the mill can be maintained for a long time.

(4) Feeding operation


When the feeding amount is appropriate and uniform and stable, the grinding ball maintains a proper ball-to-batch ratio, and the grinding machine has a high production capacity.

(5) Grinding method


Closed-circuit grinding has a higher production capacity than open-circuit grinding. The same is the closed-circuit grinding, the high-efficiency classifier is more productive than the centrifugal and cyclone-selecting machine; the cycle load rate and other parameters are reasonably more reasonable than the production capacity is not reasonable.

(6) Other


The grinding machine load control device can increase the output of the mill. The output of the mill with pre-crushing equipment is higher than that without.
