Inspection and maintenance of rotary kiln

Rotary kiln is the core equipment of cement factory.In order to make the kiln run well, it is necessary to do the patrol inspection and maintenance work well, find out the problem and solve the problem, prevent the problem from expanding.Now according to my experience to talk about rotary kiln inspection and maintenance.

The inspection and maintenance of rotary kiln can be carried out from the following aspects -- for convenience, from the kiln door cover to the end of the kiln seal:

1. First, check whether the fire hole is closed. If not, close it to avoid too much cold air.

2. Observe whether the windshield plate of burner at the kiln door of rotary kiln is close to the kiln door. If the air leakage is not strict, push it into place and make close contact with the kiln door.

3. Observe whether there is positive pressure ash rising phenomenon in the door cover of rotary kiln, and inform the central control to adjust appropriately if there is.

4. Check whether there is any air leakage, wear through or material loss of rotary kiln door cover. If there is any, inform relevant leaders in time and arrange for disposal.

5. Check whether the fish scales sealed at the head of the rotary kiln are askewing and falling off abnormally, and inform relevant personnel to arrange treatment if any.

6. Check the lamination of fish scales and friction rings, if there are any defects such as non-lamination.The weight adjustment of the tensioning device should be adopted to make it stick solid. If the aggregate is too much, it means the discharge pipe is not free, and it should be dredged and adjusted in time.

7. Check the wear condition of friction ring. If it is found that the friction ring is badly worn or worn out, it should be timely arranged for treatment.If there is wobble between the friction ring and the kiln, it indicates that the connection fails and should be treated as soon as possible.If you find flying sand overflow out more, to inform the central control, adjust the operation.

8. Check the size of cooling air of rotary kiln head, whether it blows between kiln and friction ring, and whether the cooling air duct interferes with friction ring.If any should be corrected.

9. Observe whether there is friction between kiln head and kiln door cover. If there is friction, find out the reason and deal with it.

10. Check and measure the amount of wheel belt slip to determine whether it is normal and whether there is cracking, contact or clearance of the wheel belt block is normal

11. Observe whether there are abnormal conditions such as excessive temperature and cracks in the kiln cylinder.

12. Carefully observe and test the vibration, temperature, noise, lubrication and other conditions of the motor and reducer, and check whether the anchor bolts are loose, whether the protection cover of each coupling is complete, and whether there is any abnormal condition of the coupling.

13. Check whether the sealing of kiln end is normal and whether there is air and material leakage. The inspection content is basically the same as that of kiln head.In this note, if the axial contact seal, to check the cylinder pressure, check whether the friction ring is tightly combined.

14. Check whether the pressure and water amount of cooling water are normal and whether it is leaking. If there is any abnormality, it must be handled.

As for the inspection of rotary kiln, there are many contents. If the problems found cannot be dealt with temporarily, records should be made and temporary measures should be taken.For instance discovery kiln top cylinder body crack, must hit stop crack hole to strengthen to the place even, prevent crack to extend, wait for plan overhaul to do permanent processing;There are some major problems must be solved in this way, such as excessive belt clearance, belt or supporting wheel crack, peeling, etc.However, some problems should not be delayed, such as supporting wheel wheel, leakage, oil.Specific analysis of specific conditions, specific methods of treatment, can not be generalized, patrol inspection and maintenance must be combined with production, equipment.
