This project is a 4.5MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project, supporting the 3000t/d cement production line of Lao Cai Cement Co., Ltd. in Luang Prabang, Laos. It consists of 1 AQC waste heat boiler, 1 SP waste heat boiler, and a 4.5MW low-grade thermal energy utilization steam turbine generator. The waste heat boilers, power station, and auxiliary facilities are all arranged in the available area near the cement company's existing production line. The annual power generation capacity is 27 million kWh. This pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project reduces energy consumption in cement production, further reduces waste heat emissions, and achieves partial self-supply of electricity. It contributes to alleviating local power shortages. The project realizes pure low-temperature waste heat power generation without affecting the cement production process or modifying the newly built production line equipment. It not only complies with local energy-saving industry policies but also reduces overall costs, decreases pollution, and improves the environment.
