300 TPH Feldspar Crushing Plant

Due to the market downturn in feldsparindustry, the customer started to focus toward producing feldspar sand and cooperated with Lvssn. Now the project has been put into production and the finished sand quality is excellent, which brings huge profits for the customer.

Equipment:PEW860 Jaw Crusher, HST315 Hydraulic Cone Crusher, VSI6X-1150 Sand Making Machine, S5X3072 Vibrating Screen.

Technological Process Materials enter the PEW860 Jaw Crusher for coarse crushing, and then to the HST315 cone crusher for secondary crushingalong withthe belt conveyor. After entering the adjusting bin, the materials are screened by vibrating screen under the action of the belt conveyor.

Crushed materials (<40mm) will be sent to VSI6XSand Making Machine for sand production and the finished size is 0-5mm.
