The project was built by Lvssn, which is a large mine locally with a mining area of 660,000 m2 and reserves of 41.13 million tons of resources. It is estimated that the project is expected to produce 4 million tons of manufactured aggregates annually. Raw Material: Tuff Capacity: 800TPH Input Size: ≤800mm Output Size: 0-5-16-26-31.5mm or 0-5-10-16-22mm Finished product: Fine aggregates Applications: used for supply of mixing station Major Equipment: F5X Feeder, C6X Jaw Crusher, HST Cone Crusher, HPT Cone Crusher, VSI6X Sand Maker, S5X Vibrating Screen Advantages 1.The project is equipped with two working modes. It can choose whether to reshape the finished product according to market requirements for aggregates. So both ordinary aggregates and high quality aggregates can be produced. 2.The project combines dry and wet processes, using spray dust suppression system and dust collector to reduce dust in crushing. In addition, it also adopts wet water washing method, equipped with sewage treatment system to achieve zero sewage discharge. 3.In addition to the civil construction of the project, equipment like host, belt conveyor system, sewage treatment system, and dust removal system of the complete plant are all provided by Lvssn. Meanwhile, we are also responsible for installation and commissioning to ensure the overall operation of the project. 4.The project adopts the design principles of industrial park, centralized control, automation and modularization. It uses DCS intelligent control system to monitor the operating status of equipment, making operation and maintenance more convenient.
