4.Classification: As the ground material moves towards the edge of the grinding table, it is swept upwards by the airflow generated by the rotating table. Finer particles are carried out of the mill with the airflow, while coarser particles fall back onto the grinding table for further grinding.
5.Product Collection: The finely ground cement material is collected at the bottom of the vertical mill and transported via airslides or conveyors to storage silos or further processing.
6.Control and Monitoring: The operation of the vertical mill is controlled and monitored using various instrumentation and control systems to maintain optimal performance and efficiency. Parameters such as mill speed, feed rate, and grinding pressure may be adjusted to achieve the desired particle size distribution and product quality.
