Hammer crusher

Overview: Hammer crusher, also known as hammer mill, is a crushing machine that uses a high-speed rotating hammer to crush materials. It is commonly used in mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, construction and other industries to reduce large hard materials such as rock, ore, etc., into smaller and more manageable blocks. Its working principle can be basically summarized in the following steps:
Material feeding: First, the material to be processed needs to be fed into the inside of the crusher through the feeding port.
Hammer head high speed rotation: inside the crusher, there is a rotating rotor or shaft, above the installation of a number of hammer head. This rotor will rotate at high speed.
Collision crushing: when the materials enter the crusher, they will be impacted and collided by the hammer head on the rotor. These hammerheads rotate at high speed, so the energy generated is transferred to the material, which is subjected to crushing and fragmentation.
Screen filtration: The broken material will pass through the screen inside the crusher, and the smaller particles will pass through the screen aperture, while the larger material will continue to be crushed and broken by the hammer head until the desired particle size is reached.
Discharge: finally, the crushed material is discharged through the discharge port of the crusher for the next step of processing or transportation.
